![]() ![]() What I would recommend at this point is to do a new backup, then a clean reinstall of the operating system and to migrate only your files, no applications or anything else, from the backup to the machine after the install. You said you have a backup from December. ![]() And that you can do at home, without the hassle of transporting the iMac to the store. They are not going to spend any time searching for the malware or whatever it is that is doing the notification. ![]() Keith, the Apple store will most likely suggest just reinstalling the OS to get rid of it. ![]()
